When my friend logs in, it still says “Your Guild Wars 2 Account has been suspended..”
it’s been that way for a few weeks now. Is there a way to check the progress or duration of the suspension? We need him in the Guild. He’s our Guild Leader

My friends account has been suspended indefinitely and already been refunded all charges. now that the account is deleted. can they use the same "Character Name: & email to purchase and play the game again?

its been about 4 days now with no response from support.
the account was randomly suspended.

How long does it take to review a ticket? its been about 4 days now.
My friends account was suspended with no reason as to why, Apparently he can’t access the forums either because of it. Help please?
