I love how they have the time to ban for the most pathetic reasons but have thousands of tickets stacking up with wait times of up to 2/3 weeks!
Well… so much for the 72 hours we got in email
If they have snagged 250 then you need to do a charge back, because that is no laughing matter, I read somewhere that they have said they are not to be held accountable should your account be hacked and they buy stuff from THEIR store.
It’s disgusting that this stuff is even happening, the customer support is outrageous as well, been waiting 12 days now, still nothing.

Kinda feel a bit insulted that other people made their posts after me and mines been left to the gutter…
4 days ago now I got an email saying “People with tickets about refund should expect a response within the next 72 hours” it has now been way over 4 whole days since that email was sent out, am I going to get a response because so far someone has taken the time to change the status of my ticket days ago, and it has still not been answered, not sure if this will help but my ticket is 120829-007867
Would really appreciate some info on this.

They will probably ban you because in the screenshot you said the f word and it might offend the hacker, I am deadly serious, good luck getting it back though bud
Looking at the bans it looks like they have a pathetic nursery/kindergarten approach and ban you for saying rediculous things like “kitten” and even “poop”, why the hell do they have such stupidly strict verbal policies, they may as well follow suite with Disney and only have pre-typed sentences
Please note that getting a refund or doing a charge back can have long-term consequences on your account. I advise that you learn about that before starting the process, although of course you are welcome to do as you choose.
I don’t see how they can go “there can be long term consequences on your account” how about giving us what we paid for instead of penalizing us for getting our money back for something you aren’t following through with? We have already seen what ArenaNet think of their customers, walking wallets, the single hint of you wanting a refund and they will try and scare you off with these “Consequences” it just puts me off this company all together.
From what I gather you get banned for pathetic reasons, the suspensions for language are so childish, we aren’t in a primary school
I’m gonna agree with this, there was a thread with LOADS of people in it, I have saved the thread, but they look like they have hidden it, when you try to access it you can’t see the posts…
Hey guys, first of all I’m not putting the game down in anyway, The concept is great and it has some good ideas.
However I am requesting a refund as I currently have a game I paid quite a bit for that I am unable to play due to the current state it is in, I have submitted a support ticket (submitted it on the 28th august, still no response) but it seems it is either being ignored or has been lost in transit some how.
I would really appreciate it if you could help me regarding getting my money refunded as buying a game which ends up barely playable is just not something that settles well with me.
