I’d hope it’s something of their doing and not one of them kitten ed DDOS attacks that went around last week.

This is a bit early to be implementing the Sept updates.
Is Anet having issues with their servers or are we getting DDOS’ed again? I say DDOS, because I’ve heard LOL, WOW, PSN, and XBL have all gotten hit the last week of August.

I am really enjoying how thief works with initiative and the basically 0 cooldown on main bar. I have been gone from the game for a while and have noticed some changes, like buying skill books from trainers. Can someone give me an idea on how to build dungeon worthy assassin using debuff mechanics. I’m using a shortbow, dagger/gun weapons set up, I’m also lvl 23 right now so I only have the attack up and shadowstep sigils with roll for initiative as I already know it’s a main skill for many thieves.

I’ve been trying to do a tanky build, but as GW2 has a different way of tanking I failed hard at it. I do not have any exotics and am doing Ascalonian Ruins for gear. What traits and stats should I aim for? This is also my first character to 80.
