Guild Wars 2

I was having this ever since the update on Sept 25, i would try to log in, and i would get this. Sometimes i would get to the char screen, but that was as far as i would get before getting this, finally today i unistalled and redownloaded and installed. Just finished up about 3 hours of play. Was the first time since last Tues that i could actually play. I dunno if it will work for anyone else, but its worth a shot.

Mals, Your Diag file looks almost identical to mine. I included mine for reference. I was able to log over 65 hours into the game since pre day one. Then out of the blue i was playing one night, went to bed, woke up the next day and went to play and bam this issue. Sometimes i can even get into the game and start running around. Yesterday i was even able to log in and run around for about 10 minutes before it did this and then i couldn’t get in again. There has been absolutely NO change on my end. I have made sure all my ports have been forwarded and what not. I just find it odd that i can play for almost 70 hours and then bam have this… Seems like a patch issue, or a server issue on their end.

Also i thought i would mention, every so often i will connect, get to the char screen and earlier i even made into the game, started running around, went to load another map.. and BAM right back to where i am now. Odd that if it was an issue from this end here that i would be able to do that every so often….

Xcom I tried what you said to try and got nothing, exact same issue as before. My question is why on earth would i be able to play for almost 68 hours and have no issue adn then i go to bed, wake up in the morning and have been dealing with this since. NOTHING has changed on my PC. Its a very odd issue to suddenly have.

I dunno what to say, EVERYTHING works great from my end, every game, every service, and up untill 2 days ago my GW2 worked Flawlessly. Now nothing. I am gunna go play some TSW and keep checking on this from time to time to see if they manage to fix it…. crosses fingers

Yeah i am curious what will happen here, as like i said, i have had no issues playing for weeks, and then BAM this out of the blue, and NOTHING on my end has changed.

Well the weird thing is that i have logged a ton of hours and have never had an issue, and then bam all of a sudden this. Well at least TSW is half off this weekend… Gives me something to play till GW gets this kittenorted out.

Yeah i was able to log in for about 10 mins just now, i went to portal to another map and during the loading screen bam i wakitten by it and kicked out of the game.. REALLY frustrating.

I have been playing the game for close to 65 hours now and have never had an issue logging in. Then tonight i went to go play, and got the exact same thing you have there. I tried what you recomended and nothing still having an issue…

I am in teh same boat here, i was playing yesterday till almost 6am and then i go to play tonight and i can’t log in. I have over 65 hours logged and nothing on my end has changed. Its really frustrating. I mean if they threw something on Twitter or something that they knew this was an issue, but no there is nothing about it. Also a friend of mine can log in and play fine right now but for some reason i can’t…. Maybe its time to try The Secret World…
