I want to say congrats to James M., from Canada for winning grand prize in the Rock the Nightmare contest. I also wanna throw out a grats to Elisa C., from the USA for winning one of the 2 1st place prizes. But their second choice for the 1st place prize was an absolute joke and an insult to the creativity put in buy the other contestants. The video submitted by Bobby C., from the USA was nothing less than a complete joke. I mean really? A minute long video of of some marker drawn flip art with someone humming the music. No creativity in that. If anything it was to poke fun at the people putting some thought and work into it and you people should be ashamed to have put it up as a prize winner. (and before someone replies with: He’s just mad he didn’t win. I never expected to. It was a long shot for anyone. But i have seen a lot of great videos. Videos that should have been recognized fro their creativity and work over some marker drawn flip art with someone humming along.)

This is a NA cross server guild being launched today, in an attempt to bring people together to share info & tactics on each living story as they come & provide people with possible groups to take on these new challenges. i was able to get into the forsaken JP portion, whee i died shortly after. it now shows as Forsaken Halls on my map, but i am still 174/175. i was at 173, but i did find the “coil” place in the lowest right corner below the grawl cave.

i am still stuck at 174 now for 3 days, rechecking maps and various forum sites looking for the answer. i already have 100% map completion.

How about the tiny bit below Forsaken Hall? Ulluk’s Hunger?

I like the old dailys, bring them back. the new ones suck. DIDNt take me long to do them before, now it takes forever with what limited time i have each day after work, seems like all i have time to do now is my dailies as they take so long to search out and finish, i dont have time for nothing else. kitten

One of my favorite things about GW1 was the guild hall. You were not forced to hang out in TOWN with the TROLLS and gold beggars, you had a home for your guild. A place where a guild banquet could be properly enjoyed. Your guild had, substance. It felt more real as though you were part of something other than a verbal agreement that you wouldn’t slit each others throats in your sleep. A place where you could do the GVG battles to test out your builds with your friends. We didn’t want our old game thrown out completely, we wanted it upgraded. You have done a fantastic job of that in many respects, but you fell on your collective faces not giving us our halls and such things that make a guild more than a verbal agreement. I am a LONG LONG TIME GW player, and i’m growing more and more disappointed as the months go by seeing improvements to such crap as that kitten fractal dungeon while i am continuously denied access to a guild hall. Something MY COMMUNITY needs. GET WITH IT ANET!!!!!!!!!!!
