Guild Wars 2

I’m on Comcast and I’ve been having the same problem since the update hit.

I feel that there is just waay too much living world content coming out back to back. It’s too much to keep up with living world and do anything else with this game. Even devoting all the gaming time I have to living world still only gets me those nice rewards half of the time. Also, my inventory is so cluttered with living world stuff I have no room to put anything. It’s just too much.

I could never even kill teq on my server and tried a bunch of times. That wasn’t fun at all. Just a huge money sink constantly portaling back because nobody will rez. If it’s too hard people start to act like a bunch of power gamers and that takes all of the fun out of it.

I have more fun with Guild Wars 1 now because I just got confused and bogged down with all the living world stuff. I want to go to Cantha. If you desperately need to add content to this game add the Echovald Forest please.

In my experience a group rez of a dead person takes only a few seconds. I feel that it is selfish for large groups not rez. And I feel bad when I’m playing with a lot of people behaving that way. If someone goes down near me I’ll try and rez. And I really don’t care if I’m the only one.

I for one have hated the fact that I’ve been having to sacrifice stats that I really want to use for magic find stats since the game came out. I always felt that the magic find mechanic was completely flawed and broke this game although not to the point that I was going to stop playing. I was overjoyed when this was announced.

I find farming difficult with hordes of bots running back and forth gobbling everything up. It would be much easier to farm for myself if there weren’t the bots there taking everything. So to answer your question, I find it better to get rid of the bots and farm for myself than to just buy everything off the trading post and make botters rich.

I think the event times are fine. They’re a west coast company so I personally think it would be weird if they used any other time zone than their own. Also, having it at noon seems fine to me as well. Some people will be there and some people will not. I get to play today’s event but have work Saturday and Sunday so I won’t get any of that. They can’t possibly make it at a time when everybody can log in.

I keep wanting to move to a more populated server but the idea of losing all of my guild upgrades a second time absolutely horrifies me. So I spend almost all of my time soloing and wishing that I could find people to do story mode dungeons with. My wish never comes true.

The problem with this mentality is that Arenanet has a massive fanbase of people who enjoy solo gameplay because of Guild Wars 1. You’re telling me to abandon my favorite game company right now.

Edit: And anyways, that’s not even the issue. The issue is that pugs just don’t form for story mode dungeons. I don’t want to be forced to join somebody else’s massive guild just so I can disappear into a crowd. I prefer strong relationships with fewer friends than lousy relationships with tons of people for my guild experience.

I can never find groups for story mode dungeons. I can’t kill Zaitan because I can’t get through the story mode dungeons. It would be nice to finish my storylines. This game definitely does not take into account the fact that almost nobody is willing to replay story mode dungeons to help others. There should be dungeon henchmen for story mode at least or make them soloable.

This storm is kinda worrying me too. The next couple of days are supposed to be not very fun for me. I hope it’s not so bad. The last hurricane we had here dropped part of a tree on my boyfriend’s car. These things are no fun.
