Posted the same post yesterday and I managed to get some results.
The first thing I noticed is that when I launch GW2 my GPU jumps to 100%, so make sure while you are playing on your PC to have only GW running, no internet, skype or anything in the background.
Second, go to this page

And get unpark your CPU, go on youtube if you don’t trust me and see how other people do that.
The day after I updated my drivers even though I updated them like a month ago, there was a new updated so I had to do it anyway.
From WvW impossible play (almost 0 fps) I got to 50-60, which knows to drop to 30 when there is a large blob vs blob.
Tomorrow I will reinstall the game and I hope I will get even better results.

Hello everyone, I have a major problem with the performance of GW2 on my laptop.
Laptop specs:
Asus F751L
CPU: Intel i7-5500U, up to 3GHz
Graphic card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 950M
8GB DDR3 Ram
I have tried to optimise the Graphic options in-game using Youtube videos. However, my fps is not going of 30, I don’t even want to comment how is it performing in WvW.
I have tried to launch new games like Battlefield 1 and it runs smoothly on medium/high specs with out any problems, does anyone have any suggestions for me?
Note: All drivers are up to date
