Until recently, I did also have an older open ticket (120903-002266) in a different, yet relevant area of support, but its subject kept getting messed with (it was originally given one automatically since it was submitted in the “Login Issues” area), and I finally felt forced to close it.

Anyway, I’ve been checking spam/junk, etc.
