Well when Xandria make those kind of post, It’s not “rumors” anymore.

I agree the alliance can be hard to speak with, they seems to not listen to anyone other then themself. Even when they do little mistake that cost us a lot.

But they still do a lore more for the server then any kind of mistake they can do. They offer communication, commander, supplies, tips for new player and blueprint.

I liked EOH, the few time I crossed them. They were doing a good job.

The only issue I have is :

1- As anyone that know me from the forum, I have a bad opinion of guild transfering to another server.

2- Xandria perpetual attack again the alliance in public forum.

No need for that.

1. Our guild on Devonas was 250 people strong. Our guild didn’t transfer only 8 friends. Also we could have transferred to BP if we just wanted to dominate in a higher tier but we did our research and chose AR because its where we thought we could make the most difference with the shortest que. Having a problem with guild transfers is valid but its not going to help our population issues right now. I would love to see a couple of active guilds move to AR because we could sure use them.
2. What you describe as an attack is a disagreement in the way things are done. An honest discussion in a public format should never be dissuaded by anyone because that’s how progress happens. We are vocal, we will not bite our tongue because someone paid for a TS server – we have our own. We teach our own new people, we have more blueprints than we could ever use. And we have 2 excellent commanders, soon to be three. We are pretty self sufficient.

We where happy to ignore the alliance completely and fight the way that we know how. That changed when alliance commanders started asking us to turn off our commander icons. That’s pretty kitten wrong if you ask me. Next we were told that if we do not join the alliance we would be blacklisted. Next the alliance tried to poach our officers with promises of free commander icons. This was all in the first week! Some welcome. You can not blame us for being outspoken on this forum. The most recent issue is that some of our new members sub level 50 mains are being trolled on say chat throughout WvW about wearing our tag by alliance members. I will not name names here but that is pretty weak behavior by AR’s supposed leaders.

There are quite a few more issues that I will not detail here. But you could see how we would be crazy not to explore other options on different servers.

Every guild leader we’ve talked to this week has basically said the same thing. We don’t agree with half the moves the alliance makes, we like EOH, but the alliance has free teamspeak so we like to keep the status quo. I say spend the 15 bucks and get your own TS. Post here openly instead of the private messages (we greatly appreciate all the pm support this week BTW.) Let your voices be heard. Lets shake things up, work hard, have some fun, and kick some tail in WvW.

You guys had a cool guild and all, it was great when you helped Anvil Rock in fights. But since you are leaving next week, you can stop bashing up the alliance every post you can. Solve your issue with them, no need to post them on the forum.

EOH jumped what? 3-4 server since release? It’s good to say it’s the server fault, but you also have to understand that you prolly have some fault also.

Kara I don’t remember speaking to you personally and I don’t think Xandria has either so go easy on the server transfer rumors. EOH has never jumped servers we are a new guild that was formed here in Anvil Rock. 8 of our 55 members used to play on one previous server, namely Devonas Rest. The rest of our members are Anvil Rock natives whom we’ve met since the transfer. Those of us that left Devonas Rest did so mainly because there was absolutely nothing to do. We would routinely log in to WvW and we would own the entire map with the exception of a few camps. It wasn’t always this way mind you. We were an extremely poor performing server at launch, but we got our acts together over the course of the first month and began to completely dominate the map. A few of us missed the challenge of a competitive server an decided to transfer.

Also we would never claim to have a problem with an entire server. The problems we’ve had with a handful of alliance members isn’t personal by any means. It is purely a difference in opinion over strategy and tactics. You see we like to win. We feel Anvil Rock can be winners that’s why we came here. But the bickering, incomprehensible strats of the alliance, and the utter lack of any kind ears to hear our suggestions has really worn us down over the last month and a half that we’ve been here. We will continue to fight tooth and nail for Anvil Rock every single night while we are here. We haven’t made a formal decision to leave, in fact I doubt that more than 8 or so members have even discussed it lol.

So I hear that the kitten alliance has called EOH a bunch of “rainbow warriors” (since I can’t use the other name here on the forums). And here I thought the “alliance” was trying to be the “patriots and example setters” for Anvil Rock. Can we say…insecure much?

Well as a member EOH I would like to say that yes we DO accept members of the much maligned “rainbow” community. It is sad that the “alliance” is not as accepting. As long as you don’t come into our vent sounding like a drunken 13 year old girl or Count Chocula we are happy. ; )
