Guys,

Try this fix from another post about launcher issues:

“This automatic proxy detection is enabled by default in Windows. This can be disabled under Control Panel > Internet Options > LAN settings by unchecking Automatically detect settings. Then click OK.”

This at least has got me reinstalling the game.

I’m having the exact same issue.
Created a ticket with Anet. Hopefully they either post a solution or they get back to me. I’ll post anything they send me.
