tank you for all support and suggestions, i checked all security setting on the mail and changed something, i hope it may stop any intrusion

Yesterday Anet rollback my account after hacking problems
my compliment to Anet for the good job
This morning at 13.10 PM i receaved 2 mail for password reset, with the authenticator already installed on my phone and all pass (mail , gw2acc) changed and antivirus scan performed.
Immediately i cambe back from work ( fortunately im working close to my house), i logged in and everithing was fine nothing stolen.
Moreover i checked on my gw account and there were no other strange ip exception made for my ip, and TX US ip (forum i suppose)
It’ actually impossible to play in this psicological situation…is becoming more a stress that a game
Now what i should do ?

No absolutely not, and i never did it before

My account was hacked yesterday morning at 4 am ( hour of changing password trough email) at 3.40 am that i was in game before logging out i received a goldselling spam for 1000g at 10usd …..one of my guildmate hacked too received the same…probably a simple coincidence probably…..i hope Anet will investigate about

i guess thay can recover my stuff as soon as possible

I’ve already changed password for gw2 and email, already installed an authenticator, the number of account hacked as been increased rapidely in the last months, for somenthing wrong or some security issue there are no other explanation so far i guess, im not blaming anet for the hacking im tryng to evidence the problem that nowdays is much more in evidence

Today my account has been hacked, everithing is gone, i already sent a ticket to arenanet with all details, but no repsonse yet, i cant play anymore do to job duty, i have no more time to farm again what i gained during last year, ascendent weapon and armor destroyed.
I cant beleave how is easy and so feaseble to steal an account and no additional information or support from Anet so far, good job
