I have that exact same problem, a year ago or so, everything was fine…
Now I cannot see Vistas, Skill nor Interest Points in the Map, my girlfriend can, and we have the same updates installed…
Weird bug, I’ve checked all options possible, in the map, game options, everything… smells like a nasty bug…
