PvP died. They released the game WAY to early. When a game comes out and is missing its KEY features that its previous one had, there’s something wrong. This is what happens people when you bite off more than you can chew, the WvW thing and PvP thing was cool, but lets face it they had to dedicate A LOT of time to WvW. WvW is the big money maker. When have you heard of a game picking back up after it died? And yes it has died, I’m comparing it to beta. So all I can say is GL to Anet in their next life.

This has been here for a while. And I don’t think it’s going to be fixed for a while. Thats why you keep your eyes in the sky.

I think it’s a matter of the players drinking some coffee and grinding out new builds. Take trap ranger its been there since day 1. People just figured it out.

It’s dead because all “top” NA players do the following in paid tourneys:
- start the match as mesmer -> drop timewarp -> change class -> have another person in team reroll to mesmer -> drop timewarp -> repeat and have timewarp there for each time fight = lots of qualifier points to show off to other 5-6 teams that still play PvP.

l.o.l boy I never knew that this was done, considering I play with a lot of the top players everyday in the game, I can 100% say that this is false. The game is growing, but at it’s own pace. We all knew this would take time, so calm you lil MLG selves down. There are PLENTY of ppl who want to form a team, you just need to go to the mist and talk. The problem is not with the players, I happen to think there are a handful of decent players

Can someone tell me why they are switching the map rotations and lowering the number of teams in tournaments? Isn’t this going to make the lower skilled teams even more mad? I thought we were trying to get PvP off the ground not kill it. Why don’t we give those WvWers a reason to PvP. Otherwise we continue to watch our PvP community die.
