We know there are Sylvari who aren’t ‘born’ from the Pale Tree and we know there is more than one of them. As far as I remember the Wardens used to be friendly towards the Kurzicks until the Jade Wind.
We never see any young Wardens, similar to Sylvari, and there general anatomy also resembles them. I am aware they are on different continents but it could be possible there were seeds in Cantha.
