well, now im looking, that i have 230 latency. I dont understand, how it is possible, that tommorrow it worked right and today its wrong. How can i solve it ?

today, i started the game and i had 6 fps… and off course, its not playable. Its really strange, because i played tommorrow, and I had 35-38fps and today 6 fps… I dont understand it, why it is happening now . Dont you have any experience with this issue ? I would be grateful for advice… I tried to set up the lowest graphic options, but fps is the same
HW: Intel core i5, 4GB RAM, AmD Radeon HD 7700

I just reached 80lvl 2 days ago and now i try to solve problem with the runes… Can you give me advice ? I use GS + Focus and 1H sword. My traits are: 4 6 2 0 2. I am looking for the runes for the biggest damage… and for pve, dungeons…
