The fact that KH talks crap is laughable; horrible guild with a large player base and no real talent besides overwhelming their opponent. I’ve seen them lose consistently with over twice the numbers of their opponents who are generally pugs. Honestly I feel bad for their members and their leadership should just uninstall for being so bad. When they first showed up they were a riot fighting, such easy badges, until the day their numbers massively inflated.
TLDR: lol-KH-lol
That’s a troll right there FOLK

So guilds of IoJ and FA … ready to transfer to CD and take it to the next Tier? We have our sights set on Tier 2. Perhaps you do as well. SO maybe it’s time for a little server hopping. Message me if interested in discussing.

Wow… just wow, we lost everything in TCBL… good cooperation between CDs and FAs on pushing on their respective fronts in our BL, good work, seems like we cannot ever catch a break from WvW now things are getting much more intense.
Are you surprised to log on and see TCBL Blue and Red?

Great community, fun all times of day and in Crystal Desert we have a wonderful home with great people on 24/7.
Thanks for the kind words, Ben. It goes without much stating that LaZy also has a wonderful contingent of European members; notably from The United Kingdom, as well as Pacific-Rim/Oceanic players from Australia. With members from around the world LaZy is busy 24×7. When we say ‘global’, we mean it.

Hi Cheese! Sorry to read what happened to your guild – I am hearing similar stories from others in the past few weeks who are looking for a new community to call home. I could write all sort of stuff here in hope to capture your attention but I’ll be very simple and simply direct you to the testimonials of over 60 members of my community and let their words speak for our community. LaZy NATION, from Guild Wars, is the home for the true GW enthusiasts, here for the long-haul, and building a community of like-minded people who love this game and are looking for the same things as you.
With that said I invite you to check out first hand what our members are saying about our gaming community. You can read what our members are saying about us at the

I hope to hear from you – but if not I wish you the best in finding the right guild for you. It’s a daunting task but one that requires you to try out a few guilds to make sure you get that comfortable at-home feeling – just like wearing a comfortable pair of shoes.
Cheers from The NATION!

How is the server as far as lvling goes? mine is a ghost town under lvl 80 and not much better at 80
I think the game, in general, has reached the end of it’s first life cycle as far as leveling is concerned. “The wave” of new players crushing into the starting areas and then rushing through the content has come to an end for their first characters and now you seen alts being leveled. For Crystal Desert, it’s nowhere near a ghost town – and still plenty to do. Crystal Desert is a great community and we have been very pleased with our selection of the server three weeks ago. Having gone from Dragonbrand, to Kaineng, and now finally our home on Crystal Desert, we found what we were looking for as a community: a balanced server with a great supporting community of guilds around us. I think though the key to any game play is the community you are part of in an MMO. I’m accustomed to hearing people tell me “if it wasn’t for this guild, I would have quit days/weeks/months (fill in the blank) ago”. And that is how it should be for an MMO: its social, its communal, its about making friends, sharing information, transferring knowledge, gaining experience, improving skill … and a ‘good’ guild is going to help you achieve all of that. If guilds are like a pair of shoes then [LaZy] would be a very comfortable pair to wear.

The following is a comment shared with me from a recent applicant to our community after their reviewing our community’s philosophy …
“Its obvious that you take great pride in your community and the members that make up that community (sphere). You also want your members to take great pride in their community as well. You want them to realize that their investment in the community means as much if not more than yours. This is where LaZy differs a lot from other guilds, while other guilds seem to want that to a point, you want it with all your heart and challenge existing members as well as future members to have faith and take that emotional investment as you have. It appears our message is resonating very positively with players in Guild Wars 2. In the past 48 hours this post has existed we have experienced a 400% bump in the number of new people registering with our website and hoping to learn even more about us. We appreciate the attention and interest in our community and hope some will make it through our application review process to become members. Our application review process is steered by the members themselves; initially deciding which applications to allow to move forward into our initiate phase. You’ve read from some of our members, their thoughts and feelings about the community they call home for their MMO game play: The IMPERIUM of LaZy NATION. There are still more to come. But without question – you are reading first-hand the feedback from the members themselves. There is no better testament one can give other then from those who follow and why. I am honored and consider it a privilege to play along side such a wonderful group of people from around the world from LaZy’s community. If I could target one specific thing which is consistent throughout their feedback it would be the “sense of belonging”, as so many consider LaZy to be their home. That feeling stems from the culture of the community; that everyone brings something to the family table which enriches the overall experience of everyone who shares from it. It is also a testament to the focus leadership has in its dedication and commitment to serving the members of the community. And perhaps that right there sets the stage for a truly unique and different gaming experience; a handful of individuals dedicated to contributing to the community their time, focus, and energy to ensure that everyone is happy and is enjoying their online game time. If you are ready to experience something entirely different, unique, a quality you have yet become familiar with, LaZy just may be the right place for you. Guilds are like a pair of shoes …. and sometimes you want a pair that fit you, feel comfortable, that you can wear almost any place you go. If you’ve never experienced that in a gaming community – then perhaps its time you do. We are The IMPERIUM of LaZy NATION and we are recruiting like-minded individuals who are looking for their last guild. Visit us at our award-winning website: www.lazyimperium.com

Welcome to the Community that Redefined the Guild Wars Gaming Experience
We did not become Guild of the Week, nor did we become Guild of the Month, or singled out by ATI Graphics because we “put the ‘Guild’ in Guild Wars” by being like everyone else. We achieved those accolades for being different from the cookie-cutter guilds – and it shows in everything we do. Our leadership, our vision, our values, our organization of community, … even our sponsorship of the Make-A-Wish Foundation; all demonstrate how unique and well-organized we are. Even our members stand out with their donating $4,500.00 behalf of the Guild Wars gaming community since 2007 to help make a child’s wish come true. From the most advanced gamer – to the little guy; LaZy NATION IS Guild Wars.
The IMPERIUM of [ LaZy ] NATION (a North American-based Global MMO Gaming Community) was founded in July, 2006, and over the course of a year became the largest adult-only global gaming community within Guild Wars: 3,000 members gaming together in a community free of racism, sexism, adult-ageism, etc.. Our values are based upon respect for the individual. Within the community, our Code of Conduct ensures that we maintain a drama-free zone for adults who wish to escape real-life and simply game. It’s about gaming, making friends and accomplishing your goals in the game you play. We are primarily an adult-community, 17+ for membership. We are not here to discuss real-world events, politics, religion – we are here to game. We respect everyone’s opinions – even if they differ with our own – but our focus is to play games and have fun. Since it’s creation over 10,000 Gamers have made [ LaZy ] their guild at one time or another.
Much of the success in the creation and operation of IMPERIUM has been the focus on strong player values and as a gaming community operating as a family. The community is built upon the principles of competitiveness, equality, diversity, fairness, respect and opportunity for all. In every sense; it is very much a large family. Emphasis is placed on building relationships, developing friendships, trust and respect for the individual. Beyond that, we like to have fun! We enjoy grouping together, helping each other with quests, and establishing the [ LaZy ] name as a power house wherever we game.
Our TeamSpeak3 server is an essential part of our game play; not only does it help with game play but it also provides a great place for our members to just hang out and relax. IMPERIUM offers a robust infrastructure to its members including an extensive portal and forums area along with other services for its website.
[ LaZy ] NATION is a competitive and successful gaming community wherever it operates
- Hardcore in our approach; we play every game to its fullest with the determination to compete and win.
- We are casual and open in our environment and friendships.
- Our players focus on quality: being the best they can be in any game they play.
- Our gaming styles include RvR-WvW, PvE, and PvP
- We are home to the most technically advanced players and the more casual players.
- We understand the demands of real-life and the restrictions adults face in having “game time”.
REQUIREMENTS to JOIN US
- Adult (17+ = notably a very mature young adult)
- Speak English relatively well.
- Be willing to learn, listen, and to help others as much as they help you.
- Possess the drive and desire to not only just play the game – but to learn all aspects of it and play it exceeding well.
- Be willing to dedicate yourself to a role within the game or our community: give back in some way which contributes to the community.
- Must have TeamSpeak3, active mic, use regularly (not mandatory 100% of the time, but a 80 percent).
- Competitive players are encouraged to join (notably those who enjoy Realm vs Realm) – Casual players are welcomed too.

I would like to thank Fubuki for his in-game partnership and personal dedication to helping unite the players of Kaineng since the server’s launch.
The challenges which presently face Kaineng boil down to two important dynamics which are influencing the server’s culture: a lack of pre-formed/pre-existing adult guilds and gaming communities – and – players.
Guilds who left their initial servers in pursuit of WvW queue times being low, zone load times without overflow, and the opportunity to add to or grow their communities found Devonas Rest and Kaineng. Unfortunately not enough moved over initially and the server has since become a bastion (in large part) for post-game-sales players. The combination of these two dynamics effected the server’s initial culture, the evolution of that culture. One of the two continues as the prevalent influence today: post-game-sales players joining who have not played an MMO, or who do not have a guild – thus their is a general lack of familiar players to the landscape. That is not to say they cannot rise to the occasion – but the odds they face are very large to overcome as the cultural differences between Kaineng vs. almost all other North American servers is very different at the core.
There is nothing more that Fubuki or others can do to help unite and grow Kaineng that has not already been done. Time, perseverance, and stubbornness are almost mandatory for any guild or anyone to reside on Kaineng – notably if they wish to have access to the highest areas of the game, uncontested, and to have equal gear/stats/etc. vs. competitors from other servers in WvW. Even then – for WvW specifically, number of fielded players on the maps, coordination, communication, and leadership are needed to graduate from freshman to senior status in order to compete with other servers. Gear is key in going toe-to-toe with a foe on the maps. Kaineng is simply outgunned. There is a vacuum of seasoned guild organization and and PvP experience at present but the opportunities for their growth are certainly there. Kaineng fields players who face these obstacles, and these same players will probably create some very well-lead and organized units on the maps through the adversity they face.
Fubuki, Delarme, and others are to be commended for their efforts to rally interest to Kaineng’s cause.
While I’m sure everyone is appreciative of outside opinions being expressed, tips and suggestions to improve the situation, the realities of what are ‘core’ to the server’s culture are what they are. The server has it’s own domain: KainengUnited.com. The server has it’s own VoiP for use in WvW and PvE events. From an infrastructure and organizational support perspective Kaineng is well-positioned. But regardless of what leadership, organization, and structure is provided the server – without numbers of seasoned players and entire guilds – a vacuum exists which will create a different kind of hardened player than on other servers.
All of what I stated above is based upon current operational conditions and the environment of the game. It is ArenaNet who will most likely introduce change which will effect not only Kaineng, but others server as well, as we progress down Guild Wars 2’s path into the future. One could provide a list of things to be done by ArenaNet for Kaineng however what can or will be done will most likely effect all servers.
I am not sure what the future will be for my community, The IMPERIUM of LaZy NATION, on Kaineng. We have attempted to provide good stewardship, resources, partnership to give Kaineng a winning chance at succeeding. But it takes everyone to coordinate, to communicate, to work together and unite as a community. It will take ArenaNet to address the glaring imbalance issues. Gear is a huge contributor to the disparate balance – not just # of players.
Earlier this week I made a private suggestion to ArenaNet that they might consider moving their guild, ZOS, to Kaineng so the development team can gain a better awareness of the disparities Kaineng faces with other servers – but then again, who is to say they are not already fielding characters on various servers and are not already aware.
So back to where it started … thank you Fubuki for your efforts on Kaineng’s behalf. You are only one person, with one voice, but you speak for many. /salute
