Reset weekends are the only time OCX/SEA players with normal Mon-Fri lives have the chance to play fun, competitive wvw with our NA/EU friends. And now you’ve made it even worse by forcing us to wake up at 4am/2am for that? Thanks for killing off what little OCX/SEA population is left.

Thanks to the DB and TC that were pushing sos garri tonight (ocx/sea). Man you guys are persistent. Catch my breath for two seconds after stomping through DB and there’s TC breaking down the gate. Exhausting!

SOS is notoriously known for its kittenty defense, so to hold off as long as we did was a pretty great effort. I love you guys :’)

Thank you for the impromptu GvGs [PF] and [WvW]. CB and BEAR had fun. Probably the only enjoyable part of this week.

I haven’t played in a couple of months, so I couldn’t tell you exactly when this started. But for the last week or so that I have played I’ve noticed the terrible skill lag, rubber banding, and disconnects. All of which I never had a problem with before. Hoping this get resolved and not just shoved under the carpet.

SOS 6,095 (290+) – SOR 5,109 (265+) – IOJ 3,792 (140+)

Struggling to push our lead, but it’s been very fun so far!

I think, or at least I hope, that IoJ are really going to step up this week. After last week, they’re pretty much the underdog of this match. SoR, are definitely going to put up some tough competition, even more than the last match up because they have something to prove. That being said, I think people still underestimate SoS’s potential.

Our communication has really come together these past few weeks (But still needs improving, yes), we’ve got new tactics and counter-tactics to play with, but most importantly respect slowly growing between the NAs and oceanics. It’s going to be a very interesting, but also a very long match. Good luck to all!

Come on IOJ, you’re supposed to be smashing my chickens this week! You want to be T2, then step up! We’re not far ahead, and there’s still 6 days left so don’t lose faith and get your kitten together. That way we can all have a semi decent fight. This goes for you too, HoD. And don’t give me the numbers excuse, did King Leonidas back down when he was vastly outnumbered by the Persian army? No!

Dear SOR, please stop using the same tactic over and over again to take Bluebriar. I would have thought after 8 tries you’d realise that it’s obviously not working. Try something different. I mean, it’s not even fun to stomp all over you anymore.

Hacking and exploits happen every match guys, the point is to catch them, report and move on. It’s always refreshing to see when a server stands up to its hackers, so thanks SoR.

I really don’t understand why we’re arguing over this. We ARE Sea of Sorrows, one server. Why does it matter who held the most points during our differing timezones? Oceanics work just as hard as NA, and NA just as hard as oceanics. Stop bickering, or at least stop airing our dirty laundry to the world.

To the thief I had the pleasure of killing, and the one who committed suicide, I’d really love to know how you got into Dreadfall Bay, a fortified keep with no downed walls/gates.

I was on the Mag BL yesterday when someone on our team (SoS) stole the orb. Unfortunately I’ve noticed our server has an increasing problem with hacking/exploits/botting. Please understand that these actions are not accepted or condoned by the majority. I also encourage any SoSers to report and return stolen orbs, we don’t need this sort of thing tarnishing our hard work.

On another note, thank you to FA/Mag for some of the most entertaining fights I’ve had in WvW.

Not too worried about the hearsay, but we’ve dealt with a lot of egocentric players before. It’ll be nice to finally have some players during NA time, so welcome to SoS!

Sad thing is, Pelum is probably the best commander we have. I assume you have had past altercations with certain guilds, but perhaps instead of simply telling them to get out of the map, take their hand and guide them to the light. The most frustrating part of wuvwuv isn’t losing, it’s having leaders bicker. Saying that, I’d love to see us all get along and kick some IOJkitten by the end of the week!

The problem I have with free transfers at the moment is that people aren’t using them properly, in that as soon as their server starts losing they jump ship to whoever is winning. Instead of giving it a few weeks for the servers to settle down and guilds to establish, you have people switching servers every few days.

It’s to the point were this week I won’t even bother entering WvW even during Aus primetime. And I know that’s the case for a lot of people. The only way WvW is ever going to be good is to have an equal spread of guilds from different timezones on each server. At the moment the majority of oceanic players are all on the same “unofficial servers” (SOS, IOJ, GOM).

Yes, Ruin is annoying because of their overwhelming size and ability to actually make a coordinated strike. SOS doesn’t have that. We have a few decent WvW guilds, which just argue between one another. And then the rest of the pugs have no idea what to do because of the lack of leadership. Close free transfers, and open realm forums so that we can at least start building an alliance between those guilds.

I find it funny how you can disconnect and be kicked instantly, and yet there are people afking in spawn areas for long periods of time that don’t.

I think we must have just gotten all the spuds on our server who think killing the grub and placing sieges in the middle of no where will somehow help our team. That, and nobody really listens or calls out places that need defending.
