Guild Wars 2

Here is the quest progression:

Defend the Chantry from Zhaitan’s army.

Meet Trahearne at the Chantry of Secrets
Search the Chantry for Survivors
Speak with Demmi
Clear the antechamber
Examine the door mechanism, and gain entry to the inner annex
Enter the central annex
Rescue Preceptor Doern Velazquez
Rescue Preceptor Halvora Snapdagger
Rescue Preceptor Valenze
Rescue Riel Darkwater
Rally the Order in the central annex
Arm the explosive devices
Explode the bombs
Defeat Admiral Feiste Bakkir

Everything progresses just fine until I get to the part where I am supposed to rescue Riel Darkwater. She never spawns, and Risen just keep spawning until they kill everyone. I’ve tried restarting the instance 3 times, each time, no Riel.

I would’ve /bugged this in game with a screenshot, but alas, /bug isn’t working either, the submit button stays grayed out. Thanks in advance for any help.

Just checked this again, and it worked this time.

Still bugged on Maguuma, getting the “this content has been disabled” message.
