I am also still having issues. Top of gem store visible, no working buttons or other tabs. I would love to get my free charges and promos – will it be possible to get them? As it is, probably not. I had been hoping to snap up some discounted character slots in the latest sale – doesn’t look like that will be happening, either.

I was able to retrieve my free stuff just by letting the TP open for some time, the itens appeared after 2 or 3 min.

TP worked once after the update but i was unable to buy any gems… now its not working at all again
