I got the same problem,basicaly i did 2 cof (same run) runs and got the first time 60,then 45 and its ok but after i did sorrow embrace and got 15 tokens instead of 60,after i did caduceus mannor and got 15 tokens instead of 60 for the first completition.
Basicaly every run i do is stacking and after 2 run of everytime i get always 15 tokens-Tonight i lost only time for 15 tokens.
Pls arena net fix this
