Guild Wars 2

Ever since the last patch I have been unable to play world pvp, I can play every other mode, but as soon as I enter WPvP i am unable to use any abilities, so be hit or attack or anything, I can run around, everyone else moves, but I cant hit anyone or take any damage and I don’t think I can be seen by the other teams either, this doesnt just happen around large groups, I can be in the middle of nowhere, and none of my abilities work, now and again all my abilities will activate at once (seemingly randomly) then I will take an insane amount of damage and die.

Has anyone else had this problem? What can I do? I have had no previous problems in WPvP until now, and I have no problems in PvE or normal PvP so I don’t know what to do.

As of now, I can get stuck on the WvW loading screen and can only get out by quitting the game and re-logging

Just deactivated some of my startup stuff, apparently there was another program interfering with the connection?

Hi, I was just wanted to know if anyone else is suffering from bad latency today? I am able to log into the game fine, I will stay connected for 10 minutes or so. While in the game I will be almost unable to do anything, or if I do, with extreme delay 10 or so seconds.

I was wondering if anyone was having similar issues?

Upon checking my resource manager, I found I am only recieving 9B/sec
I am not having any issues with other games/programs requiring internet access, running with about 40 ping in other games, any ideas what is going on?

Thanks, yeah, I was part of a big group, they were taking a fort, and apart from the people using the catapults, we didn’t seem to be doing much, I get why it is fun, I like the chatting ect.. But I like to fight as well, and not just in huge battles where I cant really do much as a melee character :P

Hi, I am pretty new to guild wars 2, and so far I have really enjoyed the PvP aspects to it, but I have questions when it comes to the world vs world, I joined WvW last night and I had NO idea what was going on, it is genuinely confusing, I ended up following a huge group around, “hello 10fps” and was attacking forts ect.. But I really felt like I did nothing, I made no real difference, I am not expecting to be able to go in and take on 20 people at once, but I like to feel like I am doing something, so my question, when I enter WvW what should I do? Just follow one of these groups around, or is there anything I can do to make a meaningful contribution to my world?

Sorry if there is already a topic like this, currently I am unable to connect to any of the login servers, when I try to login I get this message:

“The game client lost it’s connection to the server. Please wait a few minutes before restarting the client and trying again”

Is this happening for anyone else, or just me, I have never had this problem before.
