VoS is a raid-focused guild, although we do also run PvE/PvP content. VoS also runs weekly guild missions, seasonal competitions with various prizes, several PvP team, dungeons and fractals.
Not experienced in raids? In addition to static raid team, we also have learning raids in which we will teach mechanics, tactics, and teamwork. We will also go over builds, equipment, and utility/food that you may need in our raid workshops.
Interested in leading a raid team? We’re also looking to expand our team roster and get more people into raids.
So, technically speaking according to the rules any VoIP software is considered against terms of service as it allows someone to play faster, better, longer, or more accurately than someone who isn’t using it.
These terms are too vague. Stop skirting around the issue and make a decision. Is the Jaxnx DPS meter legal to use or not? To be clear it’s the one that takes a screen shot of your combat log, analyzes it, and posts your DPS. This in no way shape or form reads from game memory.

The mumble link is already a memory-mapped file, so I’d not be surprised to see this be similar if it’s added.
And the format would probably be different than the one in chat log, maybe something like
timestamp|source|type|spell id|spell name|damage<newline>
where timestamp would be a dump of the internal timestamp for that frame, possibly a float representing the game runtime.
I’m also interested in this feature, I feel like this could be a valuable API.
I was part of Henge of Denravi and accomplished all the WvW achievements required of me to receive the full 500 tickets at the end of the tournament. However, when I picked them up in my mail they were all voided (apparently due to an issue ArenaNet had.) The only problem is I never received the updated version of these tickets. I feel cheated for all of the hard work I put into the tournament. This game has time and again screwed me whether it’s resetting my story on my main character and then this? I’m contemplating just giving up on you ArenaNet.
