Zerterga just had his account returned after 5 days, the damage is not as bad as we thought it was going to be. I just hope he doesn’t get banned after the daily report tickets I sent in >< He is one very happy bunny, so thanks and keep up the good work, mumble is now a much happier place!

I am posting on behalf of my friend whose account was hacked, his email and password were changed. Zerterga.7659 ticket number 120907-006342. The hacker has still been logging in his character, (still naked and farming nodes in Mt Maelstom), can you please do something to help? He is all the GM of our guild, the hacker changed all the guild settings as well, though luckily not disbanded us! Please keep posting on those who have been helped it is giving us light at the end of the tunnel, good to see that something is being done! I really hope you can give him his account back soon, he is driving us nuts on mumble saying how bored he is…. many thanks in advance!

I am posting again on behalf of my friend Zerterga.7659, he was hacked last friday, ticket number 120907-006342. The hacker is still logging in his character, is still naked and farming nodes in mount Maelstrom. He is also the guild leader, the hacker has changed all member settings in guild but luckily not disbanded us. Why has nothing still been done about this?? All he has had is automated emails telling him to do the same thing a few days ago, none of which worked. I cannot actually enjoy this game anymore, to worried about some chinese hacker getting hold of it! I would not object to the whole game being taken offline for a few days to get it fixed, people are being hacked on a daily basis and nothing seems to be done about it… but they happily will still sell the game. Can someone at anet please respond? Do something?

I am writing on behalf of a friend Zerterga.7659 ticket number 120907-006342, he was hacked last friday. He reported this immediately, still nothing has been done. Meanwhile his character has been logging in and out for the past 2 days, his character has been spotted naked and farming nodes.. Why has his account not been locked down yet? He is also the GM in the guild, so guild is also effectively locked down. His character is obviously being used by an RMT, I am hearing alot of very bad thing about security. I had my password changed without my knowledge but was able to use the recovery to reset it, the password reset on login screen does not work, I just get a ‘Not available’ message. Can someone please help Zerterga, lockdown his account and give it back!
