2 weeks ago i tried to log in to my account, that i havent used since GW2 released. It apparently got breached by a third party shortly after i stopped playing.
I’ve sent a ticket, which got answered within 24 hours, and the GM told me to answer 2-3-4 questions, and take some ‘necessary’ steps (change email pw, virus scan… etc…) and reply with a brief description of what i did.
I did everything he asked and replied back with what i did and in what order but now i havent heard back from him in 8 days.
Is this the normal waiting time or has my email been lost/forgotten?
