You would want to look at a new CPU and video card for sure. It would not be worthwhile to upgrade from what you have there as a new CPU will require a new motherboard and most likely the new motherboard will also require new RAM (DDR3) . Add the cost of a video card on top and you’re looking at replacing most of the internal components (aka a new computer).

It’s because the video card and CPU on your laptop is just barely above the minimum system requirements.

Is this a location separate from the world map? It shows I have 18/18 points of interest for bloodtide coast.

I have 100% map completion for all standard world maps as well as 100% WvW map completion. I also have that Eye of the North point of interest but when I found it, it was not counted towards my total.

Is there a final point of interest hidden somewhere? Is there a point of interest only available if you have a guild?

I must have spent 70 silver traveling waypoints to make sure each zone is complete so this is pretty frustrating.

There has been serious latency issues for weeks where pings are between 280-350ms. tracerts show 130ms averages to the Anet servers but in game is noticeably higher. Ever since last night’s update I have started to get the 7:11:3:189:101 error. Until last night I never received this error and hadn’t seen a disconnect since opening weekend. Now The game is unplayable because I can’t stay logged in long enough to play anything.

This really seems like an issue with the latest game builds and I really believe Anet should revert to a prior game build and test this theory. If in fact true, they should revert builds for everybody until this issue is fixed so that those having the problem can actually play the game.

The fact that some quests are still bugged makes me believe that its going to take Anet weeks to track down this issue and resolve it for good. I for one will have moved on long before then.

my ISP doesn’t throttle this type of network traffic and the bandwidth limits wouldn’t impact my network connection, just the amount of connection I can use per month.

No, I am playing from Vancouver, Canada. When I tracert to the server it shows 110ms as the max latency, however monitoring in game shows 250-350ms. I am assuming the server is causing the latency difference but if there is only 1 N American server near the bottom of the continent this is a real letdown as im going to be screwed no matter the server I choose.

Anyone know if there is a list of IP addresses for each of the guild wars servers? I am seeing 280-350ms daily on the server I joined and cannot stand it any longer. I do not want to transfer my character all over the place hoping to find a decent server. If anyone knows the best way to test the different servers it would be much appreciated.
