Guild Wars 2

I had this happen to me on multiple occasions, i think its more of a mapping / pathing bug then anything else. I found that my pet could still attack them so send him in to kill them. kinda annoying as i managed to solo a champion mob that had loot but was glitched into the wall so couldnt be looted. maybe i lost something nice from it (-.-)

I got an offhand weapon that has +power on kill stacking upto 25 times, i was using the secondary weapon at the time and so got 25 stacks. When i switched back to my main weapon the stacks persisted.

My question is, this seems expliotable as i could have 3x 25 stacks of different stats. Is this or is this not a bug with the rune or working as intended. I removed the rune currently as I don’t want to be hit with a ban for doing something that the game forced me to do by dropping a weapon with that rune.
