Forging the Pact is still bugged. Trahearne stands at the entrance to the ruins and never moves.
Doing the Living world season 1 quests, and Forging the pact is stuck on “Escort the researchers to the southern exit with Trahearne”. Trahearne is nowhere to be found. I looked all over the map for him and am unable to find him.
