There is no ingame tool specifically for finding guilds, but on this forum section https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/community/lookingfor you can look at guilds advertising for themselves. They also tend to advertise in mapchat in game but that is more about being lucky finding the right one at the time you are in those maps.
