Looking at that video, perhaps it functions more like Blink. A targetted teleport that leaves a portal behind. So it would have less utility and range than mesmer portals. Guess we’ll find out soon enough.
I had hoped for power DPS. Conditions are fine, but Confusion and Torment are terrible for PvE. I’m holding off on being too critical until I get to play with it, but I’m not optimistic.
