Guild Wars 2

I’ve played GW2 from day one, however I have been taking it slow, and my highest character is level 30. I’ve spent a great deal of time this week (and a great deal of money on keys…) completing various Halloween achievements in the hope of unlocking the Emissary title. So, like many others, I was disappointed when I discovered the event (Acts) were not accessible by lower level characters. “Oh well, at least there’s the Clock Tower and pumpkin carving to compensate!” – Wrong. These do not count.

So my question is, am I able to obtain this title or should I cut my losses and stop playing?

Extremely disappointing for us lower level players. Is the Emissary title achievable without completing the acts?
