Also getting this problem with the pet swap, finishing a foe and full mail box, i will try the above solution for finishing a foe and see if it works.

I made a character today(Charr Ranger) i pro-ceded to explore the black citadel for way points and POI’s i began to notice that some where not giving me the 100 or 60 exp that i should be receiving.

I loaded up another character (Char Engineer) and went to the same way points which for this character where also undiscovered, i got exp this time, i then carried on exploring and got no exp for certain other POI’s that i got exp for previously on the other character.
