Please give me your thoughts on making a Toteos (Cleric) ascended set with Druid runes and playing as straight healer (as much as is possible).

Are the other items you mentioned determined by my own computer??

I need to know what minimum down load speed I could have and still play the game effectively??? Right now I have up to 50Mbps according to my cable provider but this is getting expensive. I am not sure I totally understand what is required. Thank you.

Was hoping a new area would open up. Are we getting more than a event area?
