Hi,

I’ve had this issue since first buying the game last year, I’ve recently starting playing again and it’s starting to bug me so I thought I’d ask the question.

Basically whenever I log into the game client I receive the following message saying my email address has never been verified and I need to send a verification email (Example of the prompt attached).

However, clicking the ‘Send’ button to send the verification email does nothing (I never receive a verification email, nothing’s in my Spam folders either). It’s been like this for around a year now – Is this something I need to do via the website or is this something else?

The skill point for the Vigilant Hills (North-East Gendarren Fields), is bugged so that it cannot be triggered.

The NPC, Warmaster Yulia, will just stand there not doing anything. Players are unable to talk to her or attack her (when attacked she takes up a combat stance but doesn’t take any damage or turn hostile), and as a result are unable to obtain 100% completion of this area.
