Guild Wars 2

I’m lvl 80 and i was just going to buy some traits but he keeps saying the above.

Quick question are you going to be rewarding players that have been fighting the knights and getting no chest or we just out of luck?

Her for the last week whenever I try to load guild wars 2 it freezes and i have to force close it. Can anyone help me out with this.
