Guild Wars 2

Hi!
I’m actually here for my dad, because my account is working just fine.
He can’t log in to the game, or the forum here.

The game client asked him for authentication of the IP address but the email never came. We’ve tried to send reset password emails too because apparently it’s not recognizing that on the website (here). None of them are getting through.
He’s checked the spam folders, everything.

Anyone else having this problem? Anyone know what to do?

Okay, so I’m at home. My computer hasn’t been moved in months.
Only when I login my game requires authentication every time today, thinking I’m in a city that’s 30 minutes away?
