The missing link between sound and noise.

This is a petition to change the sound effect for shocking aura. The noise it makes gave my speakers depression! Its annoying, loud and when you run support build that gives 5 allies the aura its even better!

So on behalf of speakers and headsets everywhere please, have mercy. Change it!
