Hello! So I have been doing a bit of research and know that there is a gem purchase limit though a card on GW2. Now my question is… what is this limit? It is not listed anywhere, and as far as I can see, this limit is tailored per user and determined through support contact. But is there some kind of number to go off of?

Okay there is no bug, apparently I missed 24… and not 14… -_- I apologize, the dulfy guide is indeed correct lol. I was afraid this would happen, so i double, triple checked the guide so to make sure this was a bug and not my inability to find them. But apparently it takes five tries

I have 29/30, at first I thought it was because I did not look hard enough, and then I decided to check the dulfy.net guide, only to find out that badge number 14 is missing. I went to the site and checked all around the area to see it wasn’t there.

I noticed every time I under a map my outfits turn back to the default color in which I bought the outfit in the first place. I am not sure if this is a bug, but it happened since yesterday and ever since I randomly switch to default color when I enter a new map.

Hello, I am posting here to help inquire about my friend’s account. Her ticket numbers are: 971357 and 972444 in case you want more details about this,

it seems she has been suspended due to “Unacceptable behavior” which is from what I understand it, a warning the team issues so the player can reflect on possible past or recent actions that may be in violation of the rules of conduct or terms.

After reviewing each and every possibility we cannot fathom what kind of violation she has committed and believe that her account may have been compromised by someone else instead that may have done illicit activities on her characters.

She is a very casual player, good friend and guildie. I have never seen her curse at any other player or try to cause them any verbal harm, and her characters do not have inappropriate names that may be offensive to others.

I have also navigated the forums to check on similar cases, and I have noted that exploiting glitches may be a reason for temporary ban, and if this is the case, I would like to note that she has been glitching quite badly during dungeons like Honor of Waves path 3, in that little hallway that knocks you around. She pushed inside the wall… twice and had to way point out. And ever since then she seems to have a knack of getting stuck in walls like the one that appears in Arah when facing Alphard serpent of waves.

We thought these were simple glitches of the dungeons itself, and I would like to highlight that they are not exploitable, in fact are quite annoying for her as she has to wait for all of us to leave combat to way point out every time. She has screenshots that prove these glitches happening as we intended to send a ticket about them as we were concerned but sadly, forgot to as we wished to prevent other players from experiencing the same issues. And they can be provided if needed to the Anet team.

That aside, we are merely speculating, and I would like for a kind team member to contact my friend as soon as possible to straighten out the issue.
