Guild Wars 2

First hello, I am fairly new player and have been playing just about a month now. In advance excuse me for not knowing all terminology and zone names, but I will try to explain.
I was doing a jumping puzzle in some lvl 30+ zone in a mountain whit a huge zeppelin hidden inside. At the begging of the puzzle there are 5-6 L shaped pipes positioned parallel to each other. I must add that I got to climb on top of the zeppelin, but while I was trying to I noticed a very weird behavior. 3-4 times in a row I jump over those pipes in a breeze, almost with no effort. But then 5th time I come and there is no way I can jump to first one. Literally impossible. Its like character jumps 2/3 of its usual jumping distance. It is very noticeable visually, its like character doesn’t have strength to make a jump. I thought something must be wrong so I logged off. When I logged back everything was normal, I jumped as usual few times in a row and same thing happens again.
If this happened once I wouldn’t even bother, but I have spent 2 hours trying to get on top of that zeppelin and in that I have repeated that character log out at least 20 times and every time same thing happened, almost as a pattern.
So now I ask, is there something I don’t know about this jumping issue? Is this a known issue?
