Guild Wars 2

after pretty much 5 minutes of playing, the game starts to lag HEAVILY, it usually freezes all the characters around me but im still able to use move my character, i cant use any attacks though, they just keep flashing when i click them. I occasionally get the game play back for literally 2 seconds then it freezes in the same way again…i usually end up having to close the client. I tried repairing the client, i tried disabling all the services at startup of my computer through ‘msconfig’ but this didn’t work….
the game also sometimes comes up up with the error ‘cant connect to the log in server’ or something like that to do with my Internet connection, however after a restart this message is usually resolved but anyway, these issues, are they something to do with my hardware?;/ – i’m running guild wars on my laptop which i’ve have for 2 years now – quick specs:
HP Pavilion G6
Processor: Intel Core i5-2450M @ 2.50GHz
RAM: 6GB
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics Family (or something very similar to that)

in other words…do i need a new computer? -.-

My game keeps randomly freezing for a few seconds then coming back again? im not quite sure why to be honest – also, when running through the map, if i go to an area i haven’t explored, sometimes it will take forever to load the newly explored area and the services/enemies inside it (so armour repairs, hearts and merchants for example) – is this a new bug or something to do with my laptop? im quite scared that its something to do with my hard drive :/

So i recently got my thief to level 80, i loaded into plains of ashford fine, then i tried getting it into lions arch and it just wouldn’t load in – i tried to restart the client/my laptop a few times but that didn’t work so i tried doing the repair the client thing involving changing the target line but that only let me use my thief once, when i tried to teleport to the grove, it loaded in once, but didn’t load any of the services like armour repairs, merchants and trading posts in the area, so i restarted again, but this just made the game stop at the loading screen again. I can log in fine on all my other characters, just not my thief, i’m so confused

been having this same problem, all my characters load into CF fine except my level 62 thief ;/
