I have the same issue.
I didn’t have any issues directly after release for about 3 weeks, this only started very recently (past few days).
It looks like rubber-banding.
Can’t do much, everyone around me is stuck running forward, backwards, casting one ability, etc.
Not my connection because it happens no matter who’s house I’m at.
