(request #261816) This is not resolved, CS is not understanding what I had wanted. I am sorry i did not clearly state it. I’ve seen this service offered to gw2 players throughout this thread what i am wanting is being misunderstood. I have sent a email back to the ticket response i recieved, because my old email is compromised if i can not get my email on the account changed it would render my GW2 account useless. I would have to file a chargeback with my bank if i can not get this done because my old email account has to be deleted.. I spent 80$ on this game, 80$ is enough money to feed me for 2 weeks. every penny is precious to me as a college student. and with me going back on the 21st its already really stressful having to change my email for every different game/etc I own.


UPDATE! Gm has responded and i have change my account name which changed my email to me new one, can you confirm that all GW2 account related emails will go to my new email Gaile?

I was in cursed shores AFK getting some food real quick. When I came back it said my account was terminated for “engaging in or assisting with gold or item sales for real-world money.”

I barely have 30 gold and if you check my mail I neither send nor recieve gold/items from anyone.

Edit: He just got 2 emails. The first said he was forwarding it to someone else.
The next asked him for his serial code even though he gave it in the support ticket.
They also asked for his credit card info, order ID, and zip code.
They really need all this?
His account is banned so he can’t log into the support site to edit this ticket.
He emailed them back, will they get the info that way??
