Guild Wars 2

My friends account has been compromised and cannot log in to the forums to contact support. name on the account is Valor.8971, has been waiting for multiple days, and completed all the necessary steps to try and fix this problem. His ticket number is 1053151. if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Not fair that people pay for a game and are not able to play it do to a lack of pride or service from the company involved.

A friend of mine account was hacked. after sending his information to the guild wars 2 staff, they had received an email stating that the account was compromised and they are going to fix it. He now is not able to log into the forums to check his status or send a new ticket. it has now been 2 days and he has no way to contact anyone from support. If anyone has any information for him please let me know.

my friends cant log in and i am posting to try and get him help. he has not been able to play going on 3 days now and he just upgraded to guild wars 2. Not a single response on any ticket that he posted. where is the customer love.
