The title says it all. I cannot use the Black Lion Trader NPCs in Rata Sum. No matter how close I get to them, whether I manually target them or not, I am not able to interact with any of the three. At first I thought maybe my asuran was bugged in some way, but I’ve logged out and back in and the problem persists. I took the same character to LA and was able to use those NPCs. I also was able to bring my human thief to RS and he was also not able to use the TP NPCs.
Anyone else having this issue?
