CREATE A SUPPORT ACCOUNT BEFORE YOU ASK A QUESTION!
I submitted a question to the support area… Then saw “make a support account” link AFTER because support is not part of ones GW2 account.
Ugh.
Now, my support request is not tied to anything, and my new support account has no record of my submitted ticket. Good thing I took a screenshot of the Support Reference number after I submitted.

You have to submit a ticket to change your email now. The option on the forums was disabled due to an exploit.
Thank you Renegadeimp (great name btw), I will investigate on where to submit the request.

I too would like to change my account email address.
I also verify the screenshot Elhan.5092 posted — nothing about changing the email address.
