I apologize for responding in such an old thread but I saw it on the front page last night, I made the mistake of using personal information as my name and didn’t realize that would be an exception for getting it changed until I saw this thread last night. However I contacted support and was told that that’s not something you guys do. Has the policy changed? Is there anything I can do now?

Upon watching the video, this is only a fix if you currently have the game installed, correct? Or am I misunderstanding (very possible as I’m not good with these things)?

I’m getting the same issues with the speed slowing down to 0 and stopping there, sometimes even a connection error, except I’m doing a new install on a new computer, in your search did you find any other workarounds that might work without the game already being installed?

I’m having this issue as well. For me, I’m trying to install the game and it gets stuck at 0. At one point it even timed out and said there was a connection error and that it was retrying, but it then got stuck on that and I ended up having to restart the download myself anyway.
