Bought Heart of Thorns 2 days ago and was playing it fine – boosted to Lv80, played some PvP and everything was fine. Tried to yesterday morning but couldn’t apparently due to ‘Your Guild Wars 2 has been suspended for an account issue.’ Not quite sure what’s going on, I’ve already filed a ticket but it’s been over 24 hours with no response and I’m a lil impatient because I’m super excited about HoT :P I also received an email today from DLGamer saying they refunded my Heart of Thorns ($50, but still hasn’t appeared in my bank account, I imagine it just takes some time to refund) for some reason? I was having trouble with payment a couple times initially but eventually got it to work through PayPal. Does it have something to do with me being currently overseas and I can’t use my Australian card while using a foreign IP? On holiday in Thailand at the moment with my wife and son, so I would guess it has something to do with that maybe? I know you guys aren’t a support team but any insight on the situation would be much appreciated
(Also I know I’ve posted this both here and on the reddit and I’m sorry for being such a hassle but I’m just too excited to play HoT with my friends haha)
