Nope, you are out of luck right now. They aren’t able to restore items like that yet.
There is no way. They don’t do restorations for mistakes like that at the moment.
It’s you, I was just able to log in without any issue.
I just changed my password last night. Are you sure you are entering the info in the 3 boxes correctly? Your current password first, and then the new password twice in the next 2 boxes.
The only way to change email now is by contacting support, it was disabled because of the hackings.
I think everybody knows about that spot by now. The only thing you can do is report them :/

Post this in the sticky specifically for tickets that have not been addressed in at least 5 days.
You don’t need to post this here, simply make a support ticket and include the information needed such as your order number, last 4 digits of your card number, etc and you will get refunded.

Contact support and have them change the email to one that you can use.
You have to wait.
You won’t be able to get any missing items or gold restored, they don’t have a system in place for restorations yet.
There was a rollback, and they have already officially stated that anything lost will not be restored.
Sorry, but you are out of luck.
If you are not satisfied with the product or service, they are giving out refunds if you bought the digital game through the guild wars site. I suggest you do that.
