The problem solved itself. It just started working today, and I tried restarting the game before, so no idea why it works now.

Unrelenting Strikes trait doesn’t want to trigger itself when i use two pistols as a Thief, but it works for sword and dagger combination.

I am surprised I didn’t found anything about this issue, like it’s something only I have.

On top of that, I think that No Quarter trait gives too little Ferocity, only around 100 points, while the tooltip states it’s 250. Probably it scales with level, so no biggie, just messed up tooltip. I am more concerned with a trait that is not working and I can’t even swap it for something else (because it’s a minor trait).
