Having the same problem with mobile authenticator here. All authenticator codes are considered invalid, including when trying to unlink the authenticator from account options. The “unlink authenticator” button in the account recovery section is greyed out, as if I don’t have one active, so I can’t get over the problem.
The account options screen seems to believe correctly that I do have an authenticator active, but considers all codes produced by it invalid, while the account recovery screen thinks I don’t even have one active.
I can only log in from systems that I have already authorised until this is fixed, and that can be a pretty big problem.
