I’ve noticed this too. There was similar a problem with the charr T2 heavy helmet for a long time as well, where it would turn your character’s face red underneath the visor. Funnily enough, it was almost the exact same color as the red bits that remain on the chest piece. I’m surprised that they fixed the helmet but not the chest.
At least the chest glitch is less noticeable, since the shoulder armor conceals it fairly well. I’d still very much like to see this straightened out.
